At least one person was seriously wounded in the blast
in the Sirinevler district, Turkish television reported.
Ambulances were seen rushing to the scene as security
forces were deployed to the area.
Cars with their windows blown out were also seen at the
scene.
There have been a number of bomb attacks in Turkey in
recent months, some blamed on the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militant group
and some on Islamic State.
